Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Director, Early Careers & University Relations to build and lead our global strategy for attracting, developing, and retaining emerging talent. This role will own our early careers programs—including internships, graduate hiring, and apprenticeships—while cultivating strong relationships with universities and academic partners worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver global early careers strategies aligned with workforce planning and business growth.
  • Lead and mentor a team responsible for early careers strategy and program management.
  • Partner with leaders and HRBPs to create career pathways for early‑career hires, ensuring retention and progression.
  • Build and sustain strategic relationships with universities, business schools, and technical institutions.
  • Collaborate with academic partners on research projects, curriculum development, and thought leadership opportunities.
  • Partner with the Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition teams to design campaigns targeting early talent audiences.
  • Amplify our presence on campuses, social platforms, and through student organizations.
  • Ensure early‑career programs reflect and support our global DEI goals.
  • Partner with cross‑functional leaders to integrate early‑career talent into the broader workforce.
  • Stay ahead of external trends in early careers and talent development to continuously evolve our approach.
Qualifications
  • 12+ years of HR, talent acquisition, and/or university relations experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record designing and scaling early‑career programs in a complex, global environment.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • A passion for developing the next generation of leaders.
  • Fluent in English.
