Job description

As an AI & Digital Transformation Executive, you will support the development, deployment, and adoption of AI-powered solutions while contributing to the company's broader digital transformation initiatives.

Your responsibilities:

• Supporting the development and deployment of LLM-based applications such as AI chatbots, knowledge assistants, document summarization tools, and workflow automation solutions.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies into business processes and transformation projects.
• Researching, evaluating, and benchmarking emerging AI technologies, tools, and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Analyzing existing business processes and recommending automation and optimization opportunities using AI-driven solutions.
• Assisting in the development of prototypes, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and pilot projects to validate business use cases.
• Working closely with developers, UX designers, and business stakeholders to deliver user-centric digital solutions.
• Supporting testing, implementation, and continuous improvement of AI applications to enhance performance and user adoption.
• Preparing presentations, reports, demonstrations, and project documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitoring solution effectiveness and identifying enhancement opportunities to maximize business value.

What We're Looking For:

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.

Knowledge & Experience

• Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Digital Transformation.
• Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python, SQL, or similar technologies.
• Exposure to AI/ML frameworks, prompt engineering, data analytics, automation tools, or cloud platforms would be an added advantage.
• Understanding of business processes and technology-driven transformation initiatives is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to evaluate business challenges and propose innovative technology solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
