A leading technology firm in Malaysia is looking for a Digital Transformation Manager to lead digital initiatives aligned with business strategy. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in digital transformation, strong knowledge of AI and cloud solutions, and excellent project management skills. This role focuses on implementing process improvements and driving organizational change.
Develop and implement the company’s digital transformation roadmap aligned with TMT business strategy.
Lead digital initiatives including automation systems, data analytics, and cloud solutions.
Drive change management by fostering digital culture. Integrate and implement manufacturing process systems (Production, QA, maintenance, etc.) into a single platform. Set up a database of process parameters, measurement data, and inspection data from process machine PLCs, sensors, work records, and more. Build a system that solves quality and production problems and detects risks in advance using this data and AI.
Manage end-to-end digital projects: planning, budgeting, execution, and performance monitoring.
Identify opportunities for automation, AI and data‑driven solutions.
Collaborate with across departments to ensure adoption of new digital tools.
Collaborate with the MIS department to ensure cybersecurity, data privacy, and compliance in all digital initiatives.
Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
Minimum 5 years of experience in digital transformation, IT strategy, or business process improvement.
Proven track record in leading successful digital projects (ERP/CRM implementation, process automation, cloud migration, etc.).
Industry experience in manufacturing is a plus.
Strong knowledge of digital technologies (AI, IoT, RPA, Cloud, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity).
Solid project management skills (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred).
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
Analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making mindset.
Ability to drive organizational change and digital adoption.
