A technology solutions firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking individuals to support project teams in building technology transformation and data solutions. The ideal candidate will apply analytical skills in a dynamic environment, collaborate with teams, and assist in implementing automated solutions using tools like Power BI and Alteryx. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree in IT and strong problem-solving skills, preferably in a fast-paced setting.
Support project team in building technology transformation and data solutions for various insurance, reinsurance and FI clients. This position is perfect for individuals eager to apply their analytical skills in a dynamic environment and contribute to innovative solutions.
Collaborate with project teams to gather client requirements and develop effective technical solutions.
Assist in the implementation of analytical and automated solutions using various software tools (e.g., Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau, Power Automate, Azure analytics etc).
Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure alignment with client requirements throughout the implementation process.
Participate in client meetings and presentations to understand clients’ pain points, and offer expert advice on technical solutions, including the implementation of data visualization tools and automation workflows.
Create and maintain documentation for processes, systems, and solutions developed.
Assist in ad hoc events as required.
Build automation workflows and BI dashboards using data visualization tools.
