We are representing a leading open platform specializing in payments and digital services. They are also a prominent e-commerce company offering a wide range of financial services, such as Digital Wallet, Money Transfer, Online Shopping, Mobile Payment, etc. Currently, they are looking for a Digital Product Manager (based in KL). This person will help to achieve company’s global vision. He/She will design and execute the development and integration of world‑class payment capabilities to strategic e-commerce platforms, empowering commerce‑payment ecosystem in overseas emerging markets. This person will take ownership of the products to ensure optimal user experience, operation efficiency, security and compliant to regulations.

Job Description
  • Design the digital solution product for different industries to digitalize the traditional service and marketing process into an online solution, by extensively understanding partners’ evolving needs and local market.
  • Identify business opportunities and requirements through partner requests, analysis of market trends, data, user feedback, and competitor platforms.
  • Align with business stakeholders to drive meaningful outcomes and ensure a cohesive user experience.
  • Manage cross‑functional products and coordinate the delivery process of these products including roadmap creation, product design, deployment, monitoring, performance to scalability.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree and above in Computer Science or related technical field.
  • 3–5 years experience in product design, with hands‑on experience of the end‑to‑end product development lifecycle.
  • Preferably with prior experience of B2B SaaS, F&B industry, online‑to‑offline commerce, CMS, or top global tech company experience.
  • Ability to innovate product strategy based on market research, industry trends, and competitive and scape analytics.
  • Experience designing and running experiments and leveraging qualitative and quantitative data, balanced with product sense, to drive product decisions.
  • Ability to collaborate well in a team environment, and work effectively with people at all levels in an organization.
  • Proactive, accountable, empathetic, and resilient.
