They provide end-to-end services from consultation and supply to professional installation and after-care, serving homeowners, developers, and designers with high-quality, durable, and aesthetically pleasing flooring solutions.
Key Roles & Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
- Support product launches, promotions, and branding activities.
- Identify new market opportunities and customer segments.

Digital Marketing
- Manage and grow social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Plan and execute online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
- Monitor website performance and SEO optimization.
- Create engaging digital content (graphics, videos, blogs).

Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns (online & offline).
- Track campaign performance using KPIs and analytics tools.
- Recommend strategies to improve ROI and campaign effectiveness.

Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct competitor analysis and monitor market trends.
- Gather customer insights to guide product positioning.
- Prepare regular marketing performance reports for management.

Branding & Communication
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
- Develop marketing materials (brochures, presentations, catalogs).
- Coordinate with external agencies, designers, and media partners.

Event & Promotion Management
- Support in organizing trade shows, exhibitions, roadshows, and product demos.
- Manage sponsorships, collaborations, and PR activities.
- Coordinate with the sales team on promotional initiatives.

Sales Support
- Provide marketing collateral and promotional materials to the sales team.
- Generate qualified leads through campaigns.
- Assist in preparing client presentations and proposals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Strong understanding of both digital and traditional marketing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as Canva, Google Analytics, CRM software.
