About the job Digital Marketing Specialist

We are hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist who is passionate about driving growth through innovative digital strategies. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the online presence and delivering impactful campaigns that boost brand visibility, engage key audiences, and generate measurable results.

As a Digital Marketer, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and sales, to implement and optimize digital marketing initiatives. Your work will directly support business goals and enhance the overall marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  • Optimize paid search (PPC) and social media advertising for maximum ROI and performance.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and apply SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
  • Analyze web traffic, conversions, and other KPIs using tools such as Google Analytics, providing actionable insights for campaign optimization.
  • Create engaging, high-quality content for email marketing, social media, blogs, and websites to attract and retain customers.
  • Manage and grow the client's social media presence, including engagement with online communities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing strategies align with broader business objectives.
  • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on marketing efforts, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with expertise in paid search, social media, SEO, and content marketing.
  • Strong understanding of key digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools like SEMrush or Moz.
  • Experience in managing and growing social media accounts across various platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and make informed decisions.
  • Creative thinking, with the ability to produce engaging and relevant content across digital channels.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools like HubSpot or Mailchimp.
