Key Responsibilities
  • Create, edit, and publish short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts

  • Develop engaging video hooks, storytelling, captions, and on-screen text

  • Stay up to date with platform trends, sounds, formats, and algorithms

  • Optimize videos for reach, engagement, and conversion

Social Media Marketing
  • Manage and grow company accounts on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube

  • Plan and execute content calendars aligned with marketing goals

  • Write engaging captions in English and Chinese

  • Monitor performance metrics (views, engagement, followers, conversions)

  • Engage with comments and messages when needed

Strategy & Optimization
  • Analyze content performance and adjust strategies based on data

  • Research competitors and industry trends

  • Collaborate with management to align content with brand positioning and campaigns

Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin) – written and spoken

  • Strong experience in short video creation and editing

  • Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube marketing strategies

  • Proficient with video editing tools (e.g. CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
