Job Description
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, XHS, TikTok, and CRM channels.
- To optimize performance marketing initiative, analyze data, and refine strategies to increase awareness, traffic, and ROI. Continuously track, test, and refine campaigns using analytics and A/B testing insights.
- Plan and oversee the creation of data‑driven, performance‑focused content such as Reels, TikTok, and other social ads that aligns with brand identity and resonates with the target audience.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling visuals, videos, and storytelling content for digital and social media platforms.
- Manage CRM and customer engagement activities, including EDM, email marketing, automation, and retargeting flows.
- Leverage CRM tools to capture, organize, and analyze customer data for targeted communication to improve conversion, retention, and lifetime value.
- Propose, allocate, and manage digital marketing budgets effectively across channels while ensuring optimal performance.
- Work closely with internal teams, designers, and external agencies to ensure consistent messaging and timely delivery of campaign assets.
- Maintain brand consistency across all communications and digital touchpoints.
- Leverage AI tools and marketing automation platforms to enhance productivity, creativity, and campaign performance.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing and technology trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience, including campaign management and content strategy.
- Proficient with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, EDM platforms, CRM tools, and analytics dashboards.
- Strong analytical skills and ROI‑oriented thinking.
- Self‑driven, highly organized, and thrives in a performance‑oriented environment.
- Familiar with AI‑powered marketing tools and platforms, and actively explores new ways to improve workflow through automation and machine learning.
