A healthcare company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a digital marketing professional to create engaging content, manage social media platforms, and optimize marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a diploma in marketing, 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, and fluency in English, Mandarin, and Malay. Join a dynamic team to drive brand awareness and customer engagement through effective digital strategies.
Create engaging digital content, including articles, blog posts, social media posts, videos, and infographics.
Manage and update content across digital and social media platforms, including Website, Facebook, Instagram, XiaoHongShu, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Develop content calendars and strategies aligned with business goals and audience insights.
Strategize, plan, and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement.
Plan monthly and seasonal promotions to boost traffic, conversion rates, and customer interaction.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful campaign launches.
Perform product market surveys across countries to gather insights on customer preferences and market dynamics.
Provide insights and recommendations to support marketing and product development initiatives.
Use analytics tools to measure content and campaign performance.
Continuously optimize digital marketing strategies based on performance data and market feedback.
Collaborate with designers, operations, and other internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
Support management in achieving marketing goals and overall company objectives.
Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or a similar role (experience in the healthcare industry is preferred).
Solid understanding of SEO principles and content optimization techniques.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and content management systems (CMS).
Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience conducting market surveys and trend analysis is highly desirable.
Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Malay languages.
