A leading digital marketing agency in Malaysia is seeking a Digital Marketing Sales Specialist to identify client needs and provide effective digital solutions. The role involves managing the sales cycle, collaborating with specialists, and staying updated on digital trends. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing sales and strong communication skills. This position offers a commission-based structure and flexible working conditions.
You'll be the person who actually understands what clients need—not what they think they need.
Most businesses know they should "do digital." They just don't know how. Which channels? What budget? What actually works for them? That's the gap you fill.
Your job: Talk to clients, figure out their real problem, recommend the right mix of digital (Google Ads, social, marketplace, search—whatever fits), collaborate with our specialists to build the strategy and budgets, and close the deal.
You're not just selling ad spend. You're solving problems strategically. And you're thinking ahead about where digital is going—including AI.
You'd be joining a team that doesn't just run ads.
We help brands become authorities in their space. We start with smart digital strategy. We evolve into emerging opportunities like AI Optimisation when it makes sense. We think differently.
You'll work with a sales director who gets strategy. You'll collaborate with specialists who understand execution. You'll have room to develop your own thinking about what actually works.
The path forward: Start strong in digital marketing. Build real expertise. Eventually help clients navigate AI-driven search and positioning. Grow into something bigger than "ads person."
Remote, flexible. Full-time or contract. We mean it.
