  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Define and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
  • Set clear goals and KPIs for the team, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field. With relevant experience can also apply.
  • At least 4 years of experience in digital marketing, and 2 years managerial experience
  • Experience managing and growing social media channels, including Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Experience creating and managing email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
