The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing & Project Manager to join our team. The role oversees our product offering in the various SEA markets and works with the in‑country teams to manage a balanced portfolio of product propositions.

The ideal candidate will have a significant background in project management, enhanced communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams. This role requires advanced organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to problem‑solving.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and effective proposition management.
  • Oversee project execution, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Facilitate communication between teams, resolving conflicts and ensuring everyone is on the same page.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, milestones, and challenges.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Generate regular reports for leadership, summarizing project status, risks, and achievements.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in project management, preferably in consumer tech product management.
  • Comprehensive understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Effective leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast‑paced environment, being able to process large amounts of data.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Detail‑oriented with proven problem‑solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a time‑sensitive setting and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Fluency in English is a prerequisite, any other major language a plus.
