Job Scope
  • Lead, supervise, and support the digital marketing team.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Plan monthly/quarterly marketing calendars, campaigns, and content directions across all digital platforms.
  • Monitor and adjust campaigns based on performance analytics.
  • Guide marketers, designers, and video editors to align content with brand voice and campaign objectives.
  • Oversee content creation and provide final approval before publishing.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Oversee content updates, landing pages, and CRO (conversion rate optimization).
  • Stay updated with the latest digital trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Experiment with new platforms or marketing techniques to improve results.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, having at least 1–2 years in a managerial or team lead role is an advantage.
  • Proven track record in managing successful digital campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a marketing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
