Job summary

SORENSON MARKETING SDN. BHD. is seeking a digital marketing professional to develop and implement digital marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with business objectives.

You will plan and execute campaigns across online platforms and identify new channels to boost brand visibility and customer engagement. You will manage social media across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and more, create engaging content, monitor engagement, and ensure consistent brand messaging.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies and campaigns in line with the Company's business and marketing objectives.
• Plan and execute digital campaigns across relevant online platforms.
• Identify new digital channels and opportunities to improve brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Manage and maintain the Company's social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Develop and schedule engaging social media content.
• Monitor comments, messages, enquiries, and customer engagement across social media platforms.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all digital channels.
• Monitor social media performance and recommend improvements.
• Create and coordinate digital content, including social media posts, videos, images, promotional materials, articles, and other marketing content.
• Work closely with internal teams, designers, photographers, videographers, and external vendors where required.
• Ensure all content is accurate, relevant, engaging, and aligned with the Company's branding.
• Develop promotional content to support new products, campaigns, events, and sales activities.
• Plan, execute, and monitor paid digital advertising campaigns, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other relevant platforms.
• Monitor advertising budgets, campaign performance, cost per lead, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).
• Conduct basic A/B testing and optimise campaigns based on performance data.
• Work towards improving lead generation, customer acquisition, and sales conversion
• Assist in managing and updating the Company's website and online platforms.
• Ensure website content, product information, promotions, and other relevant information are updated regularly.
• Monitor website traffic and user engagement.
• Support basic activities to improve the Company's online visibility and search rankings.
