Job summary

Wecare Cleaning Solutions in Malaysia is seeking a proactive digital marketing graduate to develop and execute strategies that generate leads and grow the business. You will manage social media channels, run Meta and Google Ads campaigns, and optimise content for visibility.

The role offers hands-on learning across SEO, local SEO, and AI-driven search techniques, with a focus on experimentation, measurement and improving campaign performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to generate leads and grow the business
• Manage Facebook & Instagram, including Meta Ads, boosts, audience targeting and campaign optimisation
• Plan and create weekly social media content, including posts, reels, promotional and educational content
• Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns for lead generation
• Conduct SEO and keyword research to improve Google search rankings and organic traffic
• Handle Local SEO, including Google Business Profile and location-based search optimisation
• Research and implement GEO and AI search strategies to improve visibility on AI search platforms
• Analyse marketing performance, leads, conversions and advertising costs, and continuously optimise campaigns
• Experiment with different content, ads, offers and strategies to identify what generates the best results
• Work closely with the employer to turn ideas into actual marketing campaigns and take ownership of execution

• Work closely with the employer to turn ideas into actual marketing campaigns and take ownership of execution

About you

• Fresh graduates / students in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business or related fields are welcome
• Strong interest in digital marketing and business growth
• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO and social media marketing
• Creative, proactive and willing to research and learn independently
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Must have your own laptop
• Previous projects, internship or hands-on experience in digital marketing is an advantage
