Job summary

ROSE ATTRACTIONS SDN. BHD. is seeking a proactive Marketing Coordinator in Petaling Jaya to assist the team with day-to-day marketing project coordination and execution. You will support content planning, proposal development, and influencer outreach to meet client objectives.

The role involves preparing content shoots, researching influencers, coordinating campaigns with vendors and stakeholders, and aiding in marketing reporting and basic analysis to optimize campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day marketing project coordination and execution.
• Support content planning and proposal development based on client objectives and campaign requirements.
• Assist with content shooting preparation, including props, schedules, locations and other logistics.
• Conduct influencer/KOL/KOC research and sourcing based on campaign requirements.
• Assist in campaign coordination and communication with influencers, vendors and other stakeholders.
• Support the preparation of marketing reports, including data collection, performance tracking and basic analysis.
• Assist with social media content, research, competitor analysis and other marketing-related tasks.
• Provide general project support to the account/project team as required.
