Job summary

Sun Hup Tyre Sdn Bhd is seeking a Digital Marketing Assistant intern to support online marketing campaigns across social media and digital platforms. You will help manage company accounts, create engaging content, and assist with SEO and paid ads to drive traffic and online sales.

The role requires basic knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and analytics, with strong communication and a proactive, learning mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in online or digital marketing is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, and other digital platforms.
• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and digital analytics.
• Creative, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Knowledge of Canva or other content-creation tools is an advantage.
• Speak Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute online marketing campaigns across social media and digital platforms.
• Manage company social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Create engaging content such as posts, videos, captions, promotional materials, and advertisements.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and recommend improvements.
• Conduct online market research and monitor competitors and industry trends.
• Develop strategies to increase website traffic, social media engagement, leads, and online sales.
• Respond to customer inquiries and comments through social media and online channels.
• Assist with SEO, email marketing, online promotions, and other digital marketing activities.
• Prepare regular reports on marketing performance, including reach, engagement, leads, conversion, and advertising results.
• Collaborate with the sales and creative teams to develop effective online promotional campaigns.
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, platforms, and advertising strategies.
