Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (social media, email, and website).
  • Create engaging content that highlights financial literacy, protection awareness, and community values.
  • Manage and grow our social media presence to attract and engage new audiences.
  • Work closely with the management team to promote events, recruitment drives, and public education programs.
  • Track campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize strategies for better reach and engagement.
  • Support the team in branding, visual design, and online reputation management.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and tools to improve performance and creativity.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, branding, or social media management (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing, content creation, and analytics.
  • Basic skills in design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing are an advantage.
