We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who loves creating content, running digital campaigns, and driving online visibility. If you enjoy blending creativity with data — this role is perfect for you.

Requirements
What You’ll Do
  • Manage and grow our social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube).
  • Plan, create, and schedule monthly content calendars.
  • Produce visuals, captions, infographics, and short videos using tools like Canva & CapCut.
  • Execute digital ads (Facebook/IG, Google Ads, LinkedIn) and monitor performance.
  • Update website content and support basic SEO optimisation.
  • Track analytics and prepare monthly marketing performance reports.
  • Support product launches, training programs, webinars, and corporate events.
  • Work closely with the Sales, Delivery, and Product teams to strengthen brand visibility for Testbits
What We’re Looking For
  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Comm, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media (fresh grads with excellent portfolio is welcome).
  • Strong skills in content creation, copywriting, and basic design.
  • Familiar with digital ad platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
  • Good command of English & BM.
  • Creative, independent, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of SEO, analytics reports, or video editing.
