Overview
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns using tools such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEM, WhatsApp, SMS, and other digital channels
  • Manage and optimize online advertisements across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Create engaging content to drive traffic and sales via online shopping platforms and social media
  • Monitor, measure, and report performance of campaigns (ROI, KPIs), and suggest improvements based on insights
  • Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm and implement new creative digital growth strategies
  • Analyze digital trends and optimize user engagement and experience across platforms
  • Perform other tasks assigned by management when required
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communications, Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in managing digital marketing campaigns
  • Proficient in handling major social media platforms and their ad systems (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • Experience with Google Ads setup and optimization is an advantage
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Up-to-date with current digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
