Key Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing strategies and campaigns to drive engagement, customer acquisition, conversions, and retention.
- Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns on Facebook, TikTok, Google, Telegram and PPC platforms to drive strong performance across targeted regions.
- Create compelling ideas, engaging visuals, copy, and videos for ads, social media, websites, and various marketing channels.
- Prepare keyword‑rich articles, create graphic materials, and manage website content to enhance SEO.
- Manage and grow the brand’s social media presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Telegram, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter, and Reddit.
- Conduct audience research to refine campaign targeting, improve relevance, and achieve desired outcomes for client campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance trends, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize ad effectiveness and maximize ROI.
- Identify and evaluate emerging marketing tools, platforms, and channels to enhance overall marketing impact and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business goals and brand strategies.
- Develop and pitch creative, engaging content ideas to boost brand exposure and audience engagement.
- Prepare and present comprehensive performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and strategic insights.
- Develop content for SMS and email marketing campaigns.
- Perform any other ad‑hoc tasks assigned by management to support team objectives.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of hands‑on experience in Digital or Performance Marketing (experience in the iGaming industry is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, with skills in creating engaging content, persuasive copy, and optimizing strategies for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- In‑depth understanding of industry trends, consumer behavior, and emerging digital technologies.
- Highly creative with a strong passion for driving digital marketing innovation.
- Advanced knowledge of performance marketing tools and platforms, with expertise in campaign creation, management, and optimization.
- Proficiency in advertising tools such as Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Skilled in using data‑driven insights to continuously optimize and improve campaign performance.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Knowledge of SEO, website management, WordPress, and cloaking techniques is an advantage.
- Proficiency in tools like Facebook Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Keyword Planner, or equivalent.
- Detail‑oriented, highly organized, proactive in problem‑solving, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking clients.
