Requirement
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with experience in the education industry preferred.
  • Experience developing and executing social media marketing campaigns across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, Douyin, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of brand marketing.
  • 3-5 years of experience in graphic design and visual design, with the ability to create visually appealing marketing materials.
  • Ability to plan and manage events, including logistics, promotion, and post-event analysis.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Proficient in market research, with the ability to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
  • Solid understanding of brand principles, with experience in building and maintaining brand image.
  • Experience managing social media presence, including content creation, community engagement, and performance tracking.
  • Proficient in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to manage customer interactions and track leads.
  • Experience developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, including Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), and email marketing.
  • Ability to generate leads through various marketing channels and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and information.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to promote Red Dragonfly Educare's daycare and tuition center services, aligning with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape, providing insights to inform marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
  • Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, digital platforms, events, and traditional media, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
  • Create engaging and visually appealing marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, website content, and social media posts, utilizing graphic design skills to enhance brand image and attract potential customers.
  • Manage and optimize the company's social media presence, creating and curating content, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics to improve reach and engagement.
  • Organize and coordinate events, such as open houses, workshops, and community outreach programs, to generate leads, build brand awareness, and foster relationships with prospective parents and students.
  • Implement and manage a CRM system to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales performance, ensuring effective customer relationship management and sales process optimization.
  • Generate and qualify leads through various marketing activities and sales initiatives, converting them into enrolled students and achieving sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction to foster loyalty and positive word-of-mouth referrals.
  • Prepare and present regular sales and marketing reports, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing recommendations for improvement.
