Manage the firm’s social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).

Develop marketing materials, brochures, and digital ads.

Monitor and report campaign performance using analytics tools.

Produce engaging content — articles, infographics, reels, and videos — for corporate, accounting, and compliance topics.

Write clear marketing copy for website pages, social media, and newsletters.

Simplify complex topics (e.g. SST, e-Invoice, secretarial procedures) into easy-to-understand posts.

Maintain and update website content with SEO best practices.

Respond to client enquiries via email, WhatsApp, or social media.

Follow up with leads, provide quotations, and convert prospects into clients.

Present and explain services (incorporation, accounting, secretarial packages) confidently.

Maintain relationships with existing clients and support cross-selling of services.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
