A dynamic entertainment company is seeking a Social Media Marketing Executive to drive content strategy and campaign execution in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate has over 2 years of experience in social media marketing, particularly with META platforms.   1. Content Strategy & Research
    • Research, identify, and analyse current trends, hashtags, and content formats across social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Especially META, etc.).
    • Understand audience behaviours to develop compelling content ideas and strategies
    • Assist in developing monthly content plans aligned with marketing campaigns and brand goals.
  2. Copywriting & Creative Ideation
    • Create concept outlines and messaging frameworks for campaigns and product launches.
    • Collaborate with designers for visuals and ensure all assets align to copy direction.
  3. Campaign Execution & Coordination
    • Prepare briefs, timelines, and content checklists for every campaign.
    • Track campaign performance metrics and recommend optimizations.
  4. Performance Tracking & Optimisation
    • Track, analyse, and report on content performance using insights and analytics tools.
    • Identify what’s working and what’s not and recommend actionable improvements.
  5. Team & Client Collaboration
    • Work closely with the marketing team to align content with larger business strategies.
    • Communicate regularly with clients (internal or external) to update on timelines, deliverables, and feedback loops.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years as a Social Media (Specializing in META)/ Marketing Executive
  • Diploma / Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing
  • Possess own transportation
  • Good command of English or Malay & Creative writing in English & Malay (Mandarin is a bonus)
  • Passionate about social media contents & story telling
  • Creative in storytelling skillPrefers clear briefs, visual moodboards, and SOP walkthroughs
  • Enjoy in an environment with high challenge
  • Love to record video/ take photo don’t mind being on camera
  • Calm, self-motivated, detail oriented
