Responsibilities
  • Create engaging short‑form content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube that highlights lighting, fans, and home appliances in lifestyle contexts.
  • Adapt branded content into viral formats, turning everyday products into inspiring design and lifestyle stories.
  • Act fast on social media trends and creatively connect them with Thanks Lighting’s brand identity.
  • Ideate and pitch fresh content hooks and campaign concepts that resonate with new homeowners and design‑conscious customers.
  • Collaborate with KOLs and micro‑influencers to co‑create authentic, trend‑driven content.
  • Track content performance (views, engagement, conversion) and use insights to improve future campaigns.
  • Coordinate content calendars and ensure timely delivery for promotions, seasonal campaigns, and product launches.
  • Support the marketing team in copywriting, ad creatives, and campaign execution.
Requirements
  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management.
  • Background in marketing, branding, or communications preferred.
  • Strong writing skills — from catchy captions to engaging storytelling.
  • Familiarity with social media formats (Reels, TikTok, Shorts, carousels, stories).
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for trends and audience engagement.
  • Proficiency with tools like Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, or similar platforms.
