Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for designing visually appealing marketing materials and supporting the post-onboarding utilization drive. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop compelling designs that effectively communicate our brand message and support business growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating impactful marketing collateral.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the marketing and product team to understand project requirements and objectives for the post-onboarding utilization drive.
- Design and create visually appealing marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, infographics, social media graphics, and other collateral.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent and professional visual identity.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and ideas that align with the overall marketing strategy.
- Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, providing design assets and materials as needed.
- Assist in creating and editing video content for marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality design output and timely delivery of projects.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and techniques, incorporating them into the marketing materials to enhance their impact.
- Support the post onboarding utilization drive with data analytics and metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize marketing efforts.
- Assist in maintaining and updating the marketing asset library, ensuring easy access to design files and resources.
- Passion for innovation and staying at the forefront of AI advancements in marketing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably 1 year experience within the financial services industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including print and digital materials.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing tools.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset, with a focus on accuracy and quality in all design deliverables.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of marketing concepts and strategies, with a willingness to learn and grow in this area.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and social media channels is a plus.
