Job summary

BIG Pharmacy Healthcare Sdn Bhd is seeking a nutritionist/dietitian to provide nutritional consultation and product recommendations to customers, and to promote healthy lifestyle awareness. The role includes stock management, training co-workers, and participation in company activities and events.

The candidate should hold a Degree in Nutrition/Dietetics, with fresh graduates welcome and at least 1 year of related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a Degree in Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• At least 1 year of working experience in related field is required.
• Experience in health/retail pharmacy industry is an advantage.
• Languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutritional consultation and product recommendations to customers.
• Promote healthy diet and lifestyle through newsletters or health materials.
• Plan and monitor monthly personal sales targets.
• Acquire and update product knowledge and market trends in retail establishments.
• Conduct market research, product surveying and testing.
• Assist in new product development and research on benefits and usage.
• Perform stock management and assist in stock reception and storage as per guidelines.
• Train co-workers and support for customer inquiries, maintaining good customer relationships.
• Assist in company activities such as roadshows, exhibitions, and expos.

Job description

Provide nutritional consultation and product recommendations to customers.

Provide nutritional advice and promoting awareness on healthy diet and lifestyle to the public via producing newsletters and/or health materials.

Plan, monitor, and achieve monthly personal sales target.

Acquire and get updated on product knowledge and market trend in retail establishments.

Perform market research, product surveying & product testing.

Involve in new product development & research on its benefits and usage.

Any other task as and when assigned by the superior or any other ad-hoc assignment when required.

Stock Management

To assist in stock take.

To assist in receiving stocks according to purchase order.

To store products follow proper guidelines.

Helps to maintain optimal stock levels for all supplements.

People Management (Co-Worker & Customers)

To provide knowledge training to new co-workers and support when they need.

Maintaining good customer relationship, able to respond efficiently to customer inquiries.

Provide technical support, guidance, and feedback to front-liners who handle customer inquiries.

Assist in company activities, eg. Roadshows, exhibitions, expo.

Job Requirement

Candidate must possess at least Degree in Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.

Required Languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English.

At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Experience in the health/retail pharmacy industry will be an advantage.

Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Healthcare-Pharmacy or equivalent.
