Dietician cum Supervisor (Urgently Hiring)
Cezars Kitchen is seeking a qualified Dietician cum Supervisor to join our team in Kuala Lumpur.
In your role, you are the Director of Quality! You must ensure the highest quality of food production that will wow your guests, making them wanting to come back for seconds, thirds and so forth.
Responsibilities
- Reciprofity–Inventory Manager: Create new nutrition codes in addition to USDA database and ensure all ingredients have correct nutritional information (codes). Verify each ingredient to ensure correct coding and nutritional value.
- Reciprofity–Recipe Manager: Verify existing recipes have correct nutritional information. Verify portion amounts to ensure proper nutrition.
- MONTHLY DAILY MENU: Create daily total nutritional data for each day (calories & protein). Make suggestions and work with onsite Head Chef to fix unbalanced days. Oversee that the monthly menu is well balanced. Write and create menus. Upload the monthly menu to CK websites if required.
- PROJECT: Increase nutritional awareness in cafeteria. Look for ways to celebrate healthy eating with CK children and customers. Create recipes as needed. Calculate nutrition value and make comments for limited time only/special menu.
- OVERSEE INVENTORY: Collect and oversee the inventory. Put the total amount into the reports.
- INSPECTION REPORTING: Collect and oversee that inspections are being conducted. Create and email required reports to the respective department if requested.
- Advise & assist the customer on any dietary needs.
- GENERAL RESEARCH: Support with researching new products, equipment for catering events and any other research needs that arise from time to time.
- TRANSLATION: Translate materials between Bahasa Malaysia and English and support staff with interpretation as needed.
- ADMINISTRATIVE TASK: Assist with administrative tasks as requested.
- SAFETY & SECURITY: Maintain a safe work environment for all staff and guests. Secure kitchen during non-operating hours. Keep food samples based on SOP and adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards.
- COMPANY VISION: Understand and deliver company’s vision and operational objectives. Adhere to and have knowledge of all company (SOP) policies & procedures.
