Job summary

OCBC Malaysia is seeking a Desk Head for Premier Private Client to lead the Private Banking Relationship Management team and deliver wealth management solutions to high net worth clients.

You will develop sales strategies, coach a high-performing team, and collaborate with internal partners to expand the client base while ensuring exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• A degree in a relevant field such as finance or business.
• At least 10 years of private banking or wealth management experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role with team management responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of wealth management products including investments, credit and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Private Banking Relationship Managers to meet targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with high net worth clients and families.
