Our Clientis a global hospitality design and concept firm that assists clients to plan, develop and implement successful F&B venues. They are seeking fora skilled designer with an experience in drafting and 3D modeling (Revit proficiency mandatory), capable of supporting projects, managing documentation, and collaborating with teams. Knowledge of MEP services and leadership experience are advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting and Designing layouts, elevations, 3-D modelling in Revit,with all relevant information and all other drafting work.
• Assist Project Manager in preparing tender documents such astender drawings, equipment listings, specifications, manufacturersleaflets, etc.
• Site Visits and attendance at meetings when required.
  Control and management of sub-contractors submission of
  documents, such as shop-drawings, as-built drawings and
  equipment specifications.
  Internal organization, maintenance of technical files, manufacturers
  catalogues documents, test certificates, manuals, regulations and
  documents from authorities, etc.

Qualification:

• Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering(Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical/Civil) or Diploma in a Technical Institute
• Drafting experience in design consultancy companies, Construction Companies, Manufacturing Companies
• Experience in Leadership position in Design Team (Design Coordinator or Design Manager) is an advantage.
• Good written and spoken communication ability in English.
• Strong sense of ownership and commitment.
• Team player and personable.
• Able to work under demanding circumstances, with quick turn-around time required.
• Proficient in Microsoft software such as Word, Excel, Power-point.
• Proficient in Autocad Software.
• Knowledge and practical application experience in Sketch-up Software or equivalent is an advantage.
• Knowledge of practical application experience in Revit BIM software is compulsory.
• Knowledge of MEP Services (Plumbing, Electrical, Fire Protection, Air-Conditioning & Ventilation) is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Architectural, Civil & Structural, Interior Design is an advantage
