About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Automotive Designer to join our team. In this role, you will design and develop both interior and exterior elements for vehicles, ensuring each concept meets customer expectations and quality standards. You will collaborate closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to turn design concepts into reality.

Job Scope & Duties

• Communicate and coordinate with clients on interior and exterior design requirements to ensure satisfaction.
• Develop and present color scheme proposals for customer approval.
• Work with vendors on color, texture, and material selection.
• Submit final design proposals to customers for review and approval.
• Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create renderings, concept art, and design proposals.
• Review product designs and handle design change requests.
• Collaborate with the R&D team to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability.
• Manage prototype development and monitor the final design build.

Requirements

• Minimum Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in Design or equivalent.
• Skilled in AutoCAD and KeyShot; experience in automotive design rendering is required.
• Languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin.
• 2–5 years of relevant working experience required.
• Preferably Senior Executive specializing in Arts / Creative / Graphic Design or related fields.
• Able to work independently and handle tasks assigned by management or team leaders.
