Requirements

• Education: Minimum Diploma in Design or related fields.
• Skills: Proficient in design software (Photoshop, Illustrator) and familiar with e-commerce/Computer tools.
• Language: Trilingual proficiency is preferred (Mandarin, English, Malay) to handle diverse customers.
• Working Hours: Willing to work irregular hours / shifts (Morning & Night shifts) as required.
• Personal Attributes: High stress tolerance and able to work in a fast-paced, busy environment; Strong communication skills, confident, and logical thinker; Possess marketing sense to help upsell/convert inquiries.
• Training: 1 week of training provided (Scripting, Artwork Prep, Product Knowledge).
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply!

Responsibilities

Design & Artwork Preparation

• Understand customer requirements and prepare design drafts accordingly using PS/AI/CorelDRAW.
• Ensure high efficiency and speed in outputting artwork to meet deadlines.
• Resolve basic file issues and ensure file quality for printing.

Customer Engagement & Sales Conversion

• Respond to inquiries on Shopee/TikTok/WhatsApp with the goal of improving order closing rates and conversion rates.
• Track order progress and keep customers updated to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle inquiries professionally with good emotional management and a service-oriented attitude.
