Job summary

A leading electronics company in Penang is seeking a candidate with a diploma and at least 4 years of relevant experience. The role involves lead frame design and managing customer requirements. Proficiency in Autocad 2D & 3D is a must. Candidates familiar with semiconductor package design will have an advantage. This includes guiding design projects and handling internal audits.

Qualifications

• Diploma with 4 years relevant working experience.
• Proficient in Autocad 2D & 3D.

Responsibilities

• Familiar with lead frame design - etch or stamp or both & semicon package design is added advantage.
• Guide and handle new design project & RFQ.
• Handle customer requirement & internal request. Handle internal & external audit.
• Handle Design FMEA and Technical Review Assessment.
