Job description

We are looking for a candidate passionate about reducing carbon emissions in the built environment through intelligent energy management. We do this via the ENX™ Sustainability AI for the built environment, enabling the integration of IoT sensors and intelligent controls in order to:

• Optimise ACMV, Lighting and Plug Loads
• Report Sustainability KPIs in real-time

Featuring a modular system architecture, the ENX™ Sustainability AI can be deployed as a cloud-based Building Management System (BMS) for new build projects, or as an Energy Management System (EMS) for offices and warehouses that can integrate seamlessly with existing BMS infrastructure. Our customers have reduced energy consumption by up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Project Proposal Design: Work with the Sales team to develop and refine project proposals. Develop detailed Bill of Materials (BOM) based on client requirements, hardware constraints as well as electrical SLD, floor plans, ACMV/lighting/electrical layout plans and M&E specifications. Optimise BOM to minimise project costs.
• Final Implementation Design: Issue detailed drawings, BOM and Scope of Works (SOW) to the Field Engineering team for project implementation. Amend design as required based on Field Engineering team inputs on actual site conditions and/or client change orders.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in building M&E services.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, passionate about technology, capable of working independently, and highly organized with strong attention to detail.
