Responsibilities
- Drive Portfolio Performance – Lead overall financial and operational performance, ensuring achievement of revenue, profit, and efficiency targets.
- Ensure Service Excellence – Deliver high customer satisfaction through proactive service management, retention, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Financial Oversight – Prepare, review, and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial reports; monitor costs and profitability across all sites.
- Operational Management – Plan, monitor, and evaluate daily business operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and compliance with contractual KPIs and SLAs.
- Governance, Legal & Compliance – Enforce adherence to all quality, safety, health, environmental, and statutory regulations; manage audits and compliance documentation.
- Vendor & Procurement Management – Oversee procurement activities, vendor performance, and contract compliance to maintain service standards and cost efficiency.
- Portfolio & Facility Management – Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to ensure safety, operational readiness, and continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder & Client Relations – Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through transparent communication, timely issue resolution, and reporting.
- Team Leadership – Lead, coach, and develop site teams; manage manpower planning, performance appraisals, and talent development to achieve operational excellence.
- Technology & Data Utilisation – Leverage digital tools (e.g. Edgenta SMART Connect) for performance tracking, reporting, and optimization of portfolio operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Property & Facilities Management, Engineering, Building, or a related discipline (or equivalent qualification).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Property and Facilities Management with proven operational and leadership capabilities.
- Strong knowledge of building operations and House Rules implementation, ensuring compliance and smooth site management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficient in digital tools and platforms, Project Management applications, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Innovative, self-driven, and highly organized, demonstrating strong managerial skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
