DEPUTY PROJECT MANAGER / PROJECT MANAGER

Responsibilities

• Manage the project site by overseeing the day to day running of all matters related to the M&E scope,including testing and commissioning of all the systemsat project site
• Attending to site meetings with owner/clients, consultants and contractors on matters relating to the project operation and trade’s coordination
• Able to create detailed project schedule, allocation resources and planning to ensure the job delivery on time
• Compliances and safe working methods, environments, quality control and quality assurance at the project site
• Manage risks in the assigned project and minimize project costs

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, master's degree, Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• Candidates with 6 years and above working experience in mechanical/electrical construction field
• Computer literate and proficient in using project management software
• Willing to travel (Working location: Cyberjaya, KL city center or Johor, depending on management's arrangement)
• Knowledge in project management activities like project planning, attending meetings, up keeping of project records/correspondences, project reporting, scheduling, costs control, risks management & etc
• Good communication skills, outgoing personality, aggressive & able to work under minimum supervision
