Based at Menara Komtar, Johor Bahru City Center, the Deputy Manager, Talent Acquisition is responsible for driving proactive talent sourcing and/or managing recruitment operations to meet organizational hiring needs. It may combine strategic hunting, actively identifying and engaging high‑potential candidates through direct scouting, networking, and digital sourcing channels with efficient recruitment operations, candidate experience, and compliance throughout the hiring process.
