Job description

Prepares, checks and verifies documents/ reports before present to Management for approval;

Leads and manages day to day operation activities to meet quality and delivery target;

Monitors operation KPI and implement corrective actions;

Identifies operational risks and implement adequate control measures;

Conducts investigation, identify root cause and implement preventive action on operational/ incident

Develops and implements SOP, policies, guidelines, work instructions or etc., that related to operation requirement;

Coaches and trains the team members such that they are clear of their responsibilities and can perform duties competently;

Communicates effectively with stakeholders.
