We are seeking a dynamic Deputy Head of IT to architect our technology future and lead our digital transformation agenda. You will oversee Group-wide IT operations, develop and mentor a 15+ member IT team, and play a key strategic role in modernizing the Group’s digital capabilities.

🚀 Your Strategic Impact

Strategic & Governance

Define and champion the Group IT & Digital Transformation Roadmap aligned with corporate strategy and ESG goals.

Lead cybersecurity and IT risk management, and ensure compliance with PDPA, ISO 27001, and internal governance frameworks.

Conduct regular infrastructure and security audits to ensure system reliability and operational continuity.

Collaborate closely with business units to ensure technology decisions support business needs and long-term sustainability.

Lead IT projects and initiatives across multiple teams, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and quality expectations.

Implement Agile methodologies to improve project delivery and adoption.

Drive process standardization and change management to improve efficiency and minimize operational disruptions.

Operational Excellence

Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, servers, and cybersecurity tools.

Ensure high service quality and timely support delivery to all business units.

Build a high-performing IT team through coaching, capability development, and effective resource planning.

💡 What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

8–10 years of IT leadership experience managing multiple concurrent projects.

Strong experience in IT governance, cybersecurity, infrastructure audits, and compliance.

Proven capability in stakeholder management and enterprise-level project implementation.
