Job description

Responsibilities

• Manage the academic operation and the strategic direction of the faculty
• Ensure alignment with accreditation and regulatory requirements
• Actively participate in student learning experience, including co‑curricular activities, workshops and industry collaborations
• Deliver engaging and high‑quality lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions in the relevant specialization
• Develop and enhance course curriculum, teaching methodologies, and learning materials
• Conduct academic research and collaborate with industry partners to enhance research & learning experiences

Qualifications & Requirements

Preferred Qualification: PhD (Research specialization in Financial Technology)

• 3–5 years’ experience in managing faculty’s academic operation including teaching in higher education is preferred
• Good understanding of MQA regulations and academic delivery, teaching methodologies and learning tools
• Proven track record in research and publications
