About the job

Assist the CFO in developing and executing financial strategies aligned with business goals.

Oversee day‑to‑day financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) to support data‑driven decision‑making.

Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax laws, and internal financial policies.

Manage relationships with auditors, tax consultants, company secretary, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.

Support capital management, treasury activities, investment planning, and risk mitigation strategies.

Drive process improvements and digital transformation within the finance function.

Mentor and develop finance team members to build a high‑performing department.

Act as a key advisor to senior leadership on financial matters and business performance.

Skills & experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • A professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA) is required.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, corporate governance, and strategic finance.
