Responsibility

• Chairside Assistance
  • Assist dentist during all dental procedures (4-handed dentistry)
  • Prepare and arrange instruments, materials, and equipment
  • Manage suctioning, retraction, mixing materials, chairside documentation
  • Set up treatment rooms before each procedure and ensure smooth workflow
• Infection Control & Sterilisation
  • Follow strict sterilisation, disinfection, and instrument handling protocols
  • Operate autoclave and maintain clean, safe environment
  • Ensure compliance with clinic SOPs and MOH infection control standards
• Patient Care
  • Ensure patient comfort throughout the visit
  • Support dentists in managing patient flow efficiently
• Administrative Support
  • Update patient records (training provided)
  • Assist with stock checking, inventory, and clinic housekeeping
  • Support front desk when needed
