About the role

We are seeking a Dental Surgery Assistant to join our dedicated team at Smile Then Dental Specialist Clinic' in Kuching, Sarawak. As a Dental Surgery Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our dental professionals and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our clinic.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting dentist during dental procedures by passing instruments, holding suction devices, and providing other support as needed
• Sterilizing and preparing dental instruments and equipment
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dental operatory
• Greeting and welcoming patients, and ensuring a positive patient experience
• Scheduling appointments and managing patient records
• Providing patient education on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
• Performing other administrative tasks as required to support the dental team
