We are building a passionate new team for our upcoming restaurant — featuring grilled and Balinese-inspired cuisine with a lively and modern dining concept. If you are energetic, skilled, and excited to be part of a new opening, we want to meet you!
What You will Be Doing:

Assist the Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations and food preparation.

Ensure dishes are prepared to standard, with consistent taste and presentation.

Support the team in maintaining hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.

Contribute ideas and feedback during menu development and food tasting sessions.

Work closely with the opening team to set up kitchen systems and processes.

Requirements:

3–5 years of relevant culinary experience, preferably in grilled, Asian fusion, or Balinese-style cuisine.

Passionate about food, teamwork, and creating memorable dining experiences.

Strong communication and time management skills.

Willing to learn and grow — overseas training opportunities available for selected candidates.

Able to work in Kuala Lumpur area.
