Job summary

A leading manufacturing company in Johor is seeking a Demand Planning Executive to assist with estimating future product demand and analyzing inventory flow. The role involves stock allocation, inventory management, and close collaboration with sales and marketing teams. Candidates should have a diploma or degree, 1-3 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in SAP. Excellent communication skills are essential for this position.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1-3 years hands-on experience in demand/material/supply planning.
• Preferable experience in SAP system.

Responsibilities

• Allocate stock produced to Delivery Order based on customer specification.
• Prepare Stuffing checklist for warehouse team.
• Work closely with Sales & Marketing on sales order and sales transfer orders.
• Ensure allocation between entities is correctly reflected.
• Attend to demand related enquiries in a timely manner.
• Ensure sufficient supply of additives and packaging materials.
• Timely placement of purchase requisition in the SAP system.
• Maintain an optimum inventory level for additives and packaging materials.
• Follow up daily production output and communicate with teams on delays.
• Closely monitor PSS requirements for stock readiness.

Skills

Advanced in Microsoft Offices, especially Excel

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Education

Diploma or Bachelor degree in Business, Supply chain or similar relevant field
