Qualifications

• Familiar with local routes and navigation apps (Waze, Google Maps).
• Good communication skills and customer-service attitude.
• Physically fit and able to handle parcels.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily parcel pick-up and delivery based on assigned routes.
• Ensure accurate delivery and obtain proof of delivery.
• Report any delivery exceptions or delays to the supervisor.
• Maintain vehicle condition and perform basic checks.
• Comply with company SOPs and road safety regulations.
• Assist in loading/unloading parcels when required.

• Fresh graduates or beginners are welcome to apply (training provided).
• Valid motorcycle (B2) or driving licence (D / GDL preferred).
• Familiar with local routes, navigation apps (Waze, Google Maps).
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Good communication skills and customer-service attitude.
• Physically fit and able to handle parcels.
• Willing to work overtime or weekends when required.

Responsibility

• Perform daily parcel pick-up and delivery based on assigned routes or schedules.
• Handle parcels carefully and ensure accurate delivery to the correct recipients.
• Obtain proof of delivery (POD) through the mobile app or signature collection.
• Report any delivery exceptions, delays, or issues immediately to the supervisor.
• Maintain good vehicle condition (motorcycle/van) and perform basic checks before and after trips.
• Ensure all delivery activities comply with company SOPs, road safety regulations, and customer service standards.
• Assist in loading/unloading parcels and warehouse operations when required.
• Maintain courteous, professional communication with customers and team members.
