A global technology firm is seeking a Delivery Manager in Kuala Lumpur to oversee the execution of assigned workstreams for the eBao / InsureMO program. This role involves coordinating between onsite stakeholders, offshore teams, and partner vendors to ensure quality deliverables. Candidates should have over 10 years of experience in project delivery management, ideally within the insurance domain, along with PMP or Agile certification. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project delivery management within enterprise-scale programs.
• Proven ability to manage multi-vendor or distributed delivery environments.
• PMP / Agile certification preferred.
• Life Insurance domain knowledge is an advantage.

Job description

The Delivery Manager will oversee the execution of assigned workstreams under FPTs prime delivery responsibility for the eBao / InsureMO program. The role involves day-to-day coordination between onsite stakeholders, offshore teams, and partner vendors, ensuring that all deliverables meet scope, schedule, and quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned delivery workstreams such as integration, or customisation of the solutions.
• Coordinate activities between FPTs offshore teams, onsite resources, and partner vendors (including eBao).
• Act as primary interface between FPT and customer, partner/vendor teams for delivery matters.
• Track delivery progress, identify risks, and ensure timely resolution.
• Facilitate sprint reviews, project meetings, and governance reporting.
• Support UAT, cutover, and go-live readiness activities.
• Ensure consistent adherence to project methodology, processes, and standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• 10 + years of experience in project delivery management within enterprise-scale programs.
• Proven ability to manage multi-vendor or distributed delivery environments.
• Preferred: Experience with insurance platforms (eBao / InsureMO or equivalent).
• PMP / Agile certification preferred.
• Strong communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
• Life Insurance domain knowledge is an advantage.
