Job summary

Qualifications

• SPM or equivalent qualification.

• Able to work overtime and irregular hours.

Responsibilities

• Loading, transporting, delivering items safely and on time.
• Check orders before/after delivery; ensure charges are correct and customer is satisfied.
• Load/unload items from vehicles.
• Pick up items from suppliers.
• Accept payments for delivered items (COD).
• Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries/complaints.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules.
• Obey transport laws and maintain a safe driving record; hold a valid license.
• Support non-operational activities.

This position is responsible for delivering daily goods to customers and picking up goods/items when needed. Delivery driver must transport goods in a safe and timely manner. Delivery driver should be thorough in ensuring goods are properly fulfilled, committed to work safety, and passionate about satisfying clients. Also to assist dally day-to-day activities in operation and non-operation.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Loading, transporting, and delivering items to customers, clients, or businesses in a safe, timely manner.
• Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.
• Responsible with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
• Responsible with picking up item/goods from the supplier.
• Accepting payments for delivered items (For cash on delivery items).
• Be able to provide an excellent customer service in answering questions and handling complaints from clients or customers.
• Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.
• Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record (Mandatory to have a driving license).
• Support and assist in other non-operational activities.
