Job summary

Zaiyadal Sdn Bhd in Shah Alam is seeking a delivery driver to transport goods safely and on schedule, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and cash-on-delivery handling where applicable.

You will load, deliver, and pick up items, review orders, maintain safe driving practices, adhere to routes, and provide excellent customer service while supporting non-operational tasks as needed. SPM or equivalent and a valid D class license are required.

Qualifications

• SPM or equivalent educational level.
• Must have a valid D class driving license.
• Able to work beyond normal working hours as required.

Responsibilities

• Loading, transporting, and delivering items to customers, clients, or businesses in a safe, timely manner.
• Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.
• Responsible with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
• Responsible with picking up item/goods from the supplier.
• Accepting payments for delivered items (For cash on delivery items).
• Be able to provide an excellent customer service in answering questions and handling complaints from clients or customers.
• Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.
• Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record (Mandatory to have a driving license).
• Support and assist in other non-operational activities.

This position is responsible for delivering daily goods to customers and picking up goods/items when needed. Delivery driver must transport goods in a safe and timely manner. Delivery driver should be thorough in ensuring goods are properly fulfilled, committed to work safety, and passionate about satisfying clients. Also to assist dally day-to-day activities in operation and non-operation.
